Sparring is an additional class we offer to all our adult students!

This class is offered to affiliated gyms as well, just ask if yours is affiliated!

You have to be a student or affiliated to join the class.

Tuition:

  • $20 a month

Required Gear:

  • All participates must have a complete gear set!​

    • Headgear (Optional)​

    • Shinpads

    • 16oz Boxing Gloves

    • Mouthguard
